Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to the public website at durbash.com, including its product pages, live AI voice and chat previews, demonstration content, and contact links. By using the public site, you agree to these terms.

These terms do not by themselves create a paid subscription, customer account, service-level commitment, data-processing agreement, or right to use a future Durbash workspace. Any commercial Durbash service will be governed by the written agreement, order form, and policies presented for that service.

The operator and published legal identity for the public website is Durbash.com.

These contact details identify the public-site operator. They do not by themselves select governing law or replace the commercial terms agreed for a paid service.

The AI voice and chat experiences are product-guidance previews. They can answer questions and demonstrate a controlled workflow, but they cannot book appointments, send messages, transfer live business calls, create accounts, or change customer or business records.

You control whether to type a message or grant microphone access. Do not submit sensitive, regulated, confidential, unlawful, or third-party information unless you have the right and an appropriate basis to do so.

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or inappropriate for your situation. Do not rely on preview output as legal, medical, financial, safety, employment, or other professional advice.

Dashboard metrics, names, messages, workflows, CRM records, appointments, pipeline values, and performance figures marked as sample, demo, or illustrative are fictional product examples. They are not customer data, verified customer outcomes, benchmarks, or performance guarantees.

Connection categories describe intended workflow types. A category does not mean every third-party vendor is currently supported. Exact availability, implementation work, permissions, limits, and data flow must be confirmed with Durbash before setup.

Customer stories, quantified outcomes, provider marks, and integration names should only be published with appropriate permission, context, and supporting evidence.

Public pricing describes proposed plan capacity and feature groupings for evaluation. Taxes, usage overages, onboarding, third-party charges, custom work, geographic availability, and service-specific terms may affect a final quote.

A request for trial access, a demo request, or a displayed plan does not guarantee account activation or availability. A subscription begins only when Durbash and the customer complete the applicable signup or written commercial agreement.

You may use the public site only lawfully and in a way that does not harm the site, its providers, other users, or third parties. You must not:

• attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or same-origin protections;
• probe, scan, disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• use the AI previews for fraud, abuse, harassment, malware, unlawful surveillance, or rights violations;
• submit secrets, credentials, regulated records, or personal data you are not authorized to provide;
• misrepresent AI preview output as a completed business action or a verified Durbash commitment.

The public site relies on third-party infrastructure, including Cloudflare and OpenAI. External booking, email, signup, or application links may take you to another service. Third-party terms and privacy notices govern your use of those services.

Review the Privacy Policy before using the AI previews. Durbash is not responsible for a third party's independent service, content, availability, or data practices, except to the extent applicable law or a separate written agreement provides otherwise.

The public site, branding, original copy, visual design, and software are owned by Durbash or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, revocable right to access the public site for evaluation; they do not transfer ownership.

If you voluntarily provide product feedback, you allow Durbash to use it to evaluate and improve its offerings without a payment obligation, provided Durbash does not publicly identify you as a customer or endorser without permission.

The public site and previews are provided on an “as available” basis for evaluation. Features may change, pause, fail, or be removed. Durbash does not make an uptime, latency, outcome, compatibility, or fitness guarantee for the public preview.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Durbash is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the free public preview. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Durbash may update the public site or these terms. The date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply from that use. Durbash may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the site, enforce these terms, or comply with law.
